SHOP REFUND POLICY ON ALL PRINT ON DEMAND MERCHANDISE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Delivery:

A. We ship 2-3 day USPS priority mail within 2 business days from receipt of your purchase order within the United States.
A. All jewelry, accessories, and handbags ship from the United States.
A. An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
A. Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us here or Etsy with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Orders:

A. A. We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. Print on demand is conducted through third party. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! (Tip: Check out Printful's production footage to see how we fulfill specific products.) All of our beaded earring, handbag, and accessory designs are created by the owner, Jennifer Martinez. We have the honor of collaborating with a highly talented jewelry artisan in India who skillfully brings our designs to life. A great deal of thought, detail, meaning, and artistry goes into the design and creation of each piece of Jenny Patrick jewelry.
A. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a message here or Etsy.
A. We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message here or on Etsy within 3 days time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns:

REFUND POLICY BEADED ACCESSORIES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Applicable to all purchases made in our online stores with the exception of Print On Demand merchandise which carries a different return policy.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please be aware that we have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to notify us here on Shopify or any of our platforms that you purchased (Etsy or Faire) of any issue or to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return on an item purchased, you can contact us at here or any of our other platforms that you purchased (Etsy or Faire).

If your return is accepted, customer is responsible for purchasing a return shipping label and sending back within 3 days following the approval or the return will no longer be honored. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.

You can always contact us for any return questions through email, chat or corresponding platform of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method which should reflect in your account within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember the reason for this is it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

IMPORTANT- Your damaged item must be post marked within 7 days of delivery. If your parcel is not postmarked within 7 days, your return will be void and we will no longer accept it.

PREPARE YOUR ITEMS FOR RETURN:

1. Secure the item in the exact same packaging it arrived in. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
