We ship within 1-2 business days of you placing an order. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage Mail Service. If you need your order sooner, we offer USPS Priority and USPS Express Shipping within the Continental US and expedited shipping rates apply. Right now we don’t offer shipping outside the United States and Mexico. Any expedited orders need to be placed by 12:00 pm noon CST Monday - Friday. Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number. Keep in mind that shipping speed may be impacted due to volume increase during Black Friday and Christmas Holidays.
PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED: Package delays can sometimes occur which is normal as they move through the USPS mail system. Allow time for the system to update. If the package appears lost please reach out to us by email jennypatrickdesign@gmail.com or message us. If your item gets delayed or stops moving entirely while in transit, then we urge you to file a claim with USPS. USPS is notorious for experiencing delays related to volume, holidays and weather.
MISSING PACKAGE MARKED DELIVERED: If your item was marked as “delivered” but it did not arrive do not worry. Potential causes for this can also be USPS scanned your package and forgot to put it in your mail box which will delay it a couple of days or they delivered your package to a neighbor. If your neighborhood has a social media group page, we recommend asking your neighborhood if anyone received your package, checking if any of your neighbors but have a similar address number and checking with them, and asking your close by neighbors if they received your package. If you are unable to locate the missing package, then we recommend first filing a claim with USPS and reaching out to us to let us know so we can find a resolution.
