Our earrings are hand-beaded by master artisans in Jaipur, India, a city renowned worldwide for its rich heritage of craftsmanship, intricate beadwork, and textile artistry. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted using premium glass seed beads and high-clarity rhinestones, celebrating generations of artisan skill and attention to detail.

Our earrings feature hypoallergenic posts with 18K gold plating and secure back fastenings. All of our earrings are light weight and nickel and lead-free. Our earrings are safe for sensitive skin.

PLEASE READ before purchasing:

• This listing is for one custom-made pair of beaded earrings created specifically for you based on your requested design, colors, theme, school, mascot, pet, or other personalized details.

• Pricing includes one pair of earrings and one custom design. If you would like additional pairs of the same design, please select the desired quantity at checkout.

• This listing is intended for retail customers only. Businesses, boutiques, online retailers, and other purchasers buying for resale with a valid Tax ID, Sales Tax Permit, or Resale Certificate should contact us through our Wholesale Inquiry page for wholesale pricing and ordering information.

• Production begins after all design details have been finalized and approved.

• Custom design fees, including time spent on consultations, research, sketching, and design development, are included in the purchase price and are non-refundable.

• Colors may appear differently on screens and devices. While every effort is made to accurately represent materials and colors, slight variations may occur.

• Due to the handmade and custom nature of this item, production time is approximately 21 days after design approval. Processing times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.

• Design mockups, inspiration photos, or discussions do not guarantee an exact replica. Final bead colors, materials, and placement may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the product.

• Custom orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all design details prior to approval. Jenny Patrick Designs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Minor variations are considered part of the uniqueness and charm of handmade artisan jewelry and are not considered defects.

CUSTOM DESIGN INFORMATION

Please note: There is no comment or dialogue box at checkout to submit custom design details. Any information associated with your order must be emailed to us after your purchase.

Please provide as much detail as possible regarding your custom design request by emailing us at jennypatrickdesign@gmail.com after placing your order. Information you may wish to include:

• School, university, team, or mascot
• Pet breed or pet photo
• Theme or occasion
• Preferred colors
• Specific design elements or symbols
• Initials, names, or text (if applicable)
• Inspiration photos or reference images
• Any special requests or details you would like incorporated into the design

We will review your request and may contact you if additional information is needed.

COMMUNICATION & DESIGN APPROVAL

Communication regarding custom orders will take place via email at jennypatrickdesign@gmail.com

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout and check your inbox and spam folder regularly for correspondence.

Production will not begin until all design details have been finalized and approved. The estimated production timeframe of approximately 21 days begins after final design approval has been received.

If additional information, clarification, or approval is requested, timely responses are appreciated to avoid delays in production.

DESIGN APPROVAL & REVISIONS

• One design concept is included with your custom order.

• Up to two rounds of minor revisions are included at no additional charge. Minor revisions may include adjustments to colors, placement, or small design details.

• Requests for significant redesigns, changes to the original concept, or additional design concepts may require an additional design fee.

• Once final design approval has been provided, no further changes can be made and production will begin.

• Delays in providing design approval or requested information may result in delays to the estimated production timeline.

Jenny Patrick Designs reserves the right to decline requests that cannot be reasonably produced within our design style, production capabilities, or trademark and copyright guidelines.
